Originally from Scotland, I currently live with my partner in Canterbury, south east of England.
I run a shamanic practice where I offer 1-1 shamanic sessions, rebirthing, astrology, and counselling. I hold women’s monthly Moon Lodge circles, co-facilitate a Sun & Moon Lodge for men & women, and offer 8 ‘sabbat’ or Wheel of the Year community celebrations & ritual to mark the transitions of the year.
I completed a master’s degree in Myth, Cosmology and the Sacred from Canterbury Christ Church university. My research subject is menstruation as a rite of passage, and the possible consequences of menstrual suppression. The title of my dissertation is, The Red Death: Menstruation as a Symbol of Renewal. Working with archetypes, symbols and mythologies is a way to explore inner experience and outer events without becoming lost in the mire of subconscious material or feeling overwhelmed. It is also useful in connecting with the Wheel of the Year as a living mythology of transformation, life- death- renewal, and is reflected in the interconnectedness of mind-body-spirit.
You can find a serialized version of this work and other thoughts on the divine feminine on my blog gnosticwoman.com
My work and interests are involved with bridging spirit and matter, exploring the inner and the outer, soli-lunar consciousness, and the sacred marriage between opposites. In my healing practice I help people to connect with their inner authority and wisdom, resolving inner conflict through integration and a transpersonal awareness of the soul’s journey.
I am available for sessions in Canterbury and London, or on-line.
